Unique award winning project located on 350 acres of rolling hills near Madison, WI. Project includes a three-story office building structured over a below grade, three-level post-tensioned underground parking ramp. Due to occupancy requirements by the owner, four office buildings and one parking ramp were constructed on a parallel schedule instead of a consecutive schedule. This fast track schedule entailed using high performance concrete to ensure the schedule was met.
This project utilized 35,000 cy of poured in-place concrete. 20 different mix designs were used throughout this project.
